the presence of children must always to be declared at the time of booking: + 30.00 euro a day for children 0 - 8 age

Check-in and check-out times:
Rooms will be available from 14:00, on the day of departure guests are kindly requested to leave their room by 10 a.m.

Early departure:
In the event of a departure earlier than expected, unless agreed otherwise with the management, the full amount will be charged. 

Booking conditions:
All bookings will have to be guaranteed by a deposit; in case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded, the deposit can be paid by bank transfer, details for the payment will be given by e-mail or phone;
